My roses are blooming like crazy this week. I’m so glad they made it through our brutal winter of last year; they seem stronger than ever.

the pessimist stares at the thorns, oblivious to the rose.”

(I’ll be on a vacation for a few days. I hope to return with some photos to share. Happy creating!)
Hydrangeas are a beautiful flower, yet I often think they look like white wigs when I get a little closer. 😉
Now in full bloom, the peach color of these lilies really lights up in the sun. Enjoy!

Various wildflowers I’ve spotted around my yard or nearby. So much variety in nature. Have a great Wednesday!
A little more
Hibiscus is such a warm, welcoming flower.
A hardy flower, clematis holds on tightly as she climbs up her fan trellis against the western side of my house. Such color when she finally blooms!
Beginning to open
A yellow rose adds warmth to the view.
These purple flowers hang out and smile below my apple tree.
I added this red perennial to my newly redesigned flowerbed (that was formerly a weed patch.) I must have lost the tag, and I don’t remember the name. 😉
